Neill started in Real Estate in 2012, joining his wife and mother in a real estate team. Neill handles all of the listing coordination, including photography, website building and floor plans. He has worked in retail sales management, managed bars in the food and beverage industry, drafting management with architectural and maintenance systems companies and tree surveying with an environmental group.

Neill was born in Fairfax Country, Virginia but his family moved to the Northern Neck when he was 8 years old. He was always a member of the National Honor Society, ran cross country and was a member of The Boy Scouts of America, earning his Eagle Scout Award. Neill went to James Madison University where he earned degrees in Anthropology and Environmental Science. Neill and Lisa met in The Outer Banks of North Carolina after both graduating from college. Lisa and Neill moved to St. Croix, U.S.V.I in 2005 and quickly called it home. After 7 years of "island life", they decided to move back to Virginia to be closer to family and start a family of their own.

Neill enjoys the outdoors. Whether it's hiking in the mountains, boating or stand-up paddle boarding on the rivers, surfing in the Outer Banks or playing ultimate Frisbee in the Irvington Commons, he feels at home in nature.
