Lisa is a native of Virginia and started in Real Estate in 2012, joining her husband and mother-in-law in a real estate team. She has been awarded the Long & Foster Service Award for The Bay/River Office for two years in a row. Lisa handles customer relations and transaction coordinating. She has been in sales since she first started working at the age of 15. Lisa worked in retail management, managed a busy corporate dentist office in Northern Virginia and worked in the food and beverage industry for over 14 years, including managing an Italian wine distributor.

Lisa grew up in Fairfax County, Virginia. She was always a member of the National Honor Society, ran cross country and was a member of The Girl Scouts of America for 12 years. Lisa went to James Madison University where she earned her bachelor degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and two minors in Mathematics and Spanish. Lisa and Neill met after both graduating from college in The Outer Banks of North Carolina. Lisa and Neill moved to St. Croix, U.S.V.I. in 2005 and quickly called it home. After 7 years of “island life,” they decided to move back to Virginia to be closer to family and start a family of their own.

Lisa enjoys the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking in the mountains, boating or stand-up paddle boarding on the rivers, snorkeling in the Caribbean or biking through Kilmarnock, she feels at home in nature.
