Beverly started in real estate in 1991 in The Northern Neck of VA with Bowers Nelms & Fonnville. She was named Rookie of The Year and started her successful career in real estate. In 1998, Beverly teamed up with another successful Real Estate Broker in the area and together they started their own successful brokerage, River Towne Realty. For 10 years, River Towne Realty succeeded in the Real Estate Market for The Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula of Virginia. Beverly was awarded all of the top awards from Northern Neck Association of Realtors and gained a high referral base. In 2008, Beverly and her partner decided to go in different directions and Beverly became a top sales agent and associate broker for The Long & Foster Bay/River office. She joined the Long & Foster Gold Team, which is comprised of the highest producing agents for the entire brokerage and in 2014 was inducted into the Gold Team Hall of Fame for consecutive years of the highest level of production.

Beverly was raised in Mississippi and moved to Northern Virginia with her family in 1979. Her family was looking for a second home in Virginia that would offer a peaceful, private setting, access to water and hunting. They looked all over the Chesapeake Bay area however, once they crossed over The Rappahannock River on The Norris Bridge, they knew they were home. It wasn’t long before the family permanently relocated to The Northern Neck. Beverly has a passion for gardening, horses, boating and her family. She shares these passions with her clients and friends.
